Maple Kale and Salmon Salad
This salad is a wow of flavor and texture. Wild for Salmon salmon marinated in a maple tamarind (tamarind is a tangy fruit used in south East Asian cooking) sauce that also doubles as the dressing for the veggies and kale. Topped with wild rice “pop corn”.
Pozole
I’ve heard this soup called Mexican penicillin - the soup is a base or tomatillos, poblano peppers, onions and garlic with tender chicken poached in the flavorful broth. Then finished with hominy (a puffy white corn) and topped with a crunch slaw of radishes, cabbage and feta cheese.

IYKYK and if you don’t know, you should definitely find out. The winner of every Dash poll for favorite meal. This is nothing like what you get in the box - lean ground beef and turkey bacon paired with caramelized onions, white wine, a variety of cheeses and elbow noodles. Singles will come with a yogurt parfait and portion for 2-3 and 4+ will come with the Dash House Salad.
Spinach Artichoke Chicken Sandwiches
Boneless chicken in a creamy spinach and artichoke sauce. Comes with buns on the side, to keep everything from getting soggy, and the Dash House Salad. Portions for 2 or 4.
Curry Chicken Meatballs
Tender ginger and garlic chicken meatballs, basmati rice and a variety of veggies - bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, and onion with a coconut curry sauce. Portions for 2 or 4.

Carrot Cake Slices
Nothing says spring to me like carrot cake (my favorite cake BTW) and this is the best version I’ve ever made. Shredded carrots, raisins, coconut, and a blend of pecans and walnuts in a cinnamon cake batter. Topped with cream cheese frosting and a few more nuts.
