Kale Salad with Bacon and Candied Nuts

A mix of kale and baby arugula with center cut bacon, and a mix of nuts, seeds and dried fruit candied with maple syrup and just a little spice from cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Dressing is a fig, orange and thyme vinaigrette. (P.S. This goes great with turkey if you are having an early Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving and will have turkey leftovers on hand!)

Harper’s Hollow Hungarian Mushroom

So excited for this collaboration! Locally grown mushrooms from Orangeville PA in an umami rich broth, finished with a little sour cream and dill. If you like mushrooms, this is the soup for you! (@harpershollowllc to check out all the gorgeous gourmet local produce they grow! P.S. -they have a mushroom CLUB!)

Greek Chicken Gyro Bowl with Cauliflower Rice (NEW)

Ground chicken seasoned with gyro spices - smoked paprika, garlic, onion, oregano - on top of riced cauliflower. Comes with a greek salad (cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives in a red wine and olive dressing, feta cheese & tzatziki sauce. Single portions or portions for 2-3

Jamaican Jerk Meatballs

Turkey meatballs with mild jerk seasoning (heavy on the thyme, light on the hot spices), with a pineapple glaze. Comes with blistered pepper, rice and Island black beans. Portions for 2 or 4.
