Sunshine Citrus Chicken Salad

Roasted chicken with lots of veggies - bell peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, carrots and bright citrus vinaigrette.

White Bean and Orzo Stew

This stew is reminiscent of risotto, but made with orzo instead of rice - creamy from fat free half and half and white beans, lots of kale, and notes of lemon and garlic. This meal freezes super well!

Bahn Mi Rice Bowl

A Dash top seller! Ultra flavorful ground pork with notes of garlic, ginger, shallots, chili paste, soy and fish sauces. Comes with basmati rice, spicy mayo, a cucumber herb and Dash made carrot and radish pickles. Umami to the max!

Jalapeño Popper Meatballs

A blend of ground turkey + turkey bacon and seeded jalapeño peppers wrapped around mozzarella cheese balls for a gooey center when you bite in. Comes with roasted cauliflower, naan bread and peri peri (a bright herby green sauce with just a little heat - I’d put this meal as a 4/10 on the spice scale) Portions for 2 or 4.

Sarah’s Almost Famous Meatloaf

I can almost guarantee you’ve never had a meatloaf quite like this one - a mix of lean ground beef and Italian sausage with onions, bell peppers and my secret ingredient - raisins! Trust me, they plump up with all the juices and give a delicious pop of sweetness to the savory meatloaf. Portions for 2 or 4 come with mascarpone cheese mashed potatoes & roasted carrots
