Herby Kale Salad with Sun-dried tomatoes Chickpeas and Herbs

Back for a second week - have your tried The Dash community has spoken, and they LOVE kale salads. This one is mix of both kale and arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted chickpeas, goat cheese, lots of fresh herbs - basil, dill and parsley - all in a lemon vinaigrette.

White Bean and Orzo Stew

A cross between a risotto and soup - made with tiny orzo pasta in a parmesan, lemon pesto creamy base (kept light with my secret weapon, fat free half and half) and finished with kale and white beans for texture and added protein.

Greek Chicken Bowls

Chicken marinated in yogurt, lemon and oregano fully cooked and ready to be served with a crunchy greek salad of romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, olives and feta cheese. Comes with two sauces - a tahini honey sauce and cucumber dill tzatziki plus naan bread. Portions for 2 or 4.

Salisbury Steak Meatballs

This was super close in last week’s IG poll - all beef meatballs in a rich mushroom gravy. Comes with mashed potatoes, and a mix of green veggies - green beans, sugar snap peas, broccoli and edamame. Portions for 2 or 4.

Peanut Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin marinated in flavors of peanut soy and sesame ready to be baked or grilled at home. Comes peanut dipping sauce, chewy farro and roasted brussel sprouts.

I kind of can’t believe I’ve never put this on the Dash menu before, since it’s my Uhl family’s ultimate favorite. Mascarpone custard, espresso soaked lady fingers and a cocoa dusted top. Comes in mini loaf pans that will be two large servings or up to 4 smaller servings.
