Meatball: 85/15 ground beef, egg, panko bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, salt, pepper
Sauce: Onions, mushrooms, garlic, beef stock, 2% milk, butter, flour, worchesterhire sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, pepper
Veggies: Broccoli, green beans, edamame, olive oil, salt, pepper
Potatoes: Yukon gold potatoes, butter, fat free half and half, salt, pepper
Serving Size is 3 meatballs with 1/4 cup of gravy, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes and 1/2 cup of veggies
