Ingredients
Pork tenderloin
Marinade/sauce: peanut butter, low sodium, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, chili garlic paste, pepper
Farro: farro cooked in vegetable stock with carrots, onion and garlic, salt, pepper
Brussel sprout: Brussel sprouts roasted in extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and glazed in reduced balsamic vinegar.
