Onion, garlic, bell pepper, sweet potato, kidney beans, red lentils, Dash Veggie Stock*, diced tomatoes, light coconut milk, cilantro
Dash Veggie Stock: trimmings of all the vegetables used in the Dash kitchen including but not limited to: onions, garlic, bell peppers, squash, zucchini, mushrooms, beets, tomatoes + water and black peppercorns
Serving size is 1/3 of the container of soup
